The conception of knowledge management in the AngoSAP project
The AngoSAP project, co-financed by the European Union through the Erasmos + program, is a project to transfer internationally recognized best practices in psychological and psychoeducational support services for students from the University of Cádiz, Spain, along with results from the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences, Germany. This project is fundamentally based on knowledge management, as its essence focuses on the formation of human capital and the transformation of individual participants' knowledge into formalized knowledge in each of the Psychological and Psychoeducational Diagnostic and Guidance Centers (CDOPs) created under the project in Angolan consortium universities.
Knowledge management is crucial in this project, as it encompasses all tasks and is essential for the success of psychological and psychoeducational support services. The transformation of individual knowledge into formalized knowledge is a process that requires collaboration and coordination among participants, and this is where knowledge management becomes a key element in service development.
Expected Impact on CDOPs
The AngoSAP project seeks to strengthen the capabilities of professionals in psychological and psychoeducational support services, as well as to improve the quality of services provided to university students. Knowledge management is essential to achieve these objectives, as it enables the collection, documentation, and transfer of knowledge and experiences among participants. This not only facilitates communication and teamwork but also allows for the identification of best practices and the implementation of innovative solutions.
Knowledge management in the AngoSAP project focuses on creating a knowledge management system that spans all phases of the project, from planning to evaluation. This includes defining processes and roles, documenting experiences and lessons learned, and implementing technological tools to facilitate collaboration and access to information.
Looking to the Future
The AngoSAP project aspires to become an example of how knowledge management can be used to improve the quality of psychological and psychoeducational support services in the university context. By focusing on human capital formation and transforming individual knowledge into formalized knowledge, the project seeks to create a lasting impact on the knowledge management process at each of the participating universities.
